The Lifeline program is a government assistance program that helps low income consumers save money on their bills for landline or wireless phone service. Lifeline provides up to a $9.25 monthly discount on service for eligible low-income subscribers and up to $34.25 per month for those on Tribal lands.

Lease Period: The lease period shall commence when this Agreement has been duly signed on behalf of subscriber and REACH4 Communications, the amount indicated as due in advanced has been paid, and the equipment installed. The lease period will be for 24 months unless expressly written otherwise. Terms of Payment: All rent and other service charges are billable in advance and due upon receipt.

Reach 4 just happens to be laying fiber optic lines less than 1 miles from my home I called to inquirie about faster speeds and mentioned if I could receive the new faster service the tech support guy was very rude and obnoxious. The speeds are slow find another company I can not stream much less surf the web.

Terrible and sufferable internet. We have had this service for years as it is the only service we can get in our area. We would cancel if internet wouldn’t be such and essential part in school today.
1. The prices for the speeds they provide are outrageously overpriced and the displayed prices on their website isn’t the real price your gonna pay on setup because they charge your antenna separately. Ex: $50 plan for 3mbps download + antenna is raised to $67 monthly.
2. The customer support is terrible opting to lie to you about a problem instead of fixing it. I have had heated conversations

So about 6 months ago the service was great. Recently my connection has been terrible. If it was always this bad I wouldnt complain but I know it can be better. I'll be looking into possible replacements. I also pay for their premium package. Stick to the cheapest they offer. That's the bandwidth you will recieve either way.

Buffering gets extreme after 5 PM and I have been attempting to contact the IT department for days. Unfortunately, can't talk to anyone since ALL calls to the IT department goes to voicemail and you have to wait your turn. Hope and pray that they actually call you back. I have had this service for 10 days and have regretted it since day 1. DON'T GET THIS COMPANY. GO WITH A BIGGER, BETTER COMPANY!
