We had an excellent experience working with Start to Finish. Four qualities stood out for us: 1) Great Communication - the owners did a great job staying in touch with us throughout the project despite us living in the cities. 2) Ease of Doing Business - they do what they say they will do. 3 Quality of Workmanship - attentive to detail and always first rate.

We purchased a 4year old home built by Start to Finish. In the 5 years we have lived here, (home age 9 years) we had siding fall off, total renovation of 2 bathrooms due to water damage (improper waterproofing - placing big screws through the water barrier and flooring weakness causing tile and grout to crack and break), and discovered improper wiring to a jacuzzi tub that had no access panel until we had to renovate secondary to water and tile damage, and replacing gas lines of improper sizing to accommodate tankless water heater. One would expect a newer home to not need these big ticket items
