I am absolutely astonished with the professionalism this company lacks. I had called with hope to reserve a 30-40 passenger bus for my wedding. When I called, the woman on the phone was delightful. We reserved the 32 passenger bus. I went to sign the contract and pay for the services an hour and a half later, but noticed there was a discrepancy with the town name for the drop-off. I called at 12pm to let the lady know. Frazzled, she begins to tell me she was “about to call me” to let me know my reservation was never submitted and her husband already scheduled someone else for the bus in NY

This was such an amazing experience! They helped us arrange limousine service in just a few days to help celebrate my sister’s last day of chemo. The driver, Greg, was beyond patient with us! So friendly, and so courteous! It was such a great thing to see my sister leave the cancer center in such a beautiful limo and enjoy her ride home with her family. You are all wonderful and thank you for all of your assistance!
