Jason ground a new key for my motorcycle and repaired a improperly ground spare that another location attempted, keep in mind - motorcycle keys are very different from auto keys and many people won't touch these. He was quick, knew exactly where adjustments needed to be made, and professional. The end result was me having two spare keys that work great, and a new locksmith I will always go to now. Fantastic experience. Thanks Jason!

I called these guys on Monday because I wanted to change all my locks, add deadbolts and have my house all universally keyed. They came out the very next day and did everything and even recommended rebuilding some locks rather than replacing to save me money. I was shocked at how affordable everything was and they are so good at what they do that they did it all in less than 30 minutes! This is definitely a five star business.

I had 10 keys made for work. None of them worked. I took them back and they worked on them and cut them with a different machine. I took them to work and they still didn't work. When I returned to the shop and asked for my money back the female worker became very rude and threw the keys down on the desk. She then rudely asked for my credit card so she could refund me. Then after handing me back the receipt she picked up the keys and threw them in a bucket and walked away. Not the friendly customer service you would expect from a local business. I couldn't believe how rude she was.
