Dr. Brittany Falcone opened Worcester Family Chiropractic with the vision of caring for every member of the family-from the youngest to oldest-in a welcoming, comfortable environment.
Chiropractic adjustments are the primary service offered at our practice and can help address a variety of complaints and improve overall health and wellbeing. After we perform a physical exam to determine your diagnosis and neural scans to evaluate your current state of health, we may refer you to seek x-rays when medically necessary.
Dr. Mikayla attended Northeast College of Health Sciences, formerly known as New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is Webster Technique certified.
Throughout her time at Northeast College of Health Sciences, Dr. Mikayla went to Washington DC multiple times to lobby for the profession with the American Chiropractic Association.While earning her undergraduate degree at Castleton University, Dr. Mikayla played lacrosse. During this time her passion for health care, wellness, and an active lifestyle grew.

Randi Farrell is a 2008 graduate of SpaTech located in Westborough, MA for massage therapy. With over 12 years of experience, Randi is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and pre-natal massage. Her excellent communication skills allows her to customize each massage session to the clients particular needs.
Pregnancy is a special time and one that requires specialized care. As a Webster Technique-certified doctor, Dr. Brittany can provide the safest and most effective treatment to increase comfort, rebalance the body, and prepare for delivery. When you see a chiropractor during pregnancy your care will be a bit different than the care you have experienced prior to becoming pregnant.

I am in awe every single day about how much these women care about their patients. I have never met a team that listens as intently or cares as deeply. I just received a beautiful sympathy card from the team in the mail today, which not only highlights their kindness and generosity but their appreciation for their patients as people. Not only do I rely on them for my physical well-being, but seeing them brightens any day. You can’t go wrong with any doctor and a greeting from Molly, Mendy or Christine can easily put a smile on your face.

Hands down #1 Chiropractic Care in Massachusetts! I travel all the way from Boston to receive adjustments here with Dr. Mikayla and I always leave feeling AMAZING. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and the state-of-the-art facility is always sparkling clean. The waiting area is comfortable and has fun activity games to keep kids entertained, and I love the decor and the vibrant but contemporary art on the walls celebrating the beauty of the human spine.

The BEST Chiropractors in MA! Seriously, don't even bother going anywhere else - WFC cannot be beat. I've been to other chiropractors in Worcester and I was so unimpressed. I couldn't believe how amazing the service was when I first went to WFC, and after going for about the 20th time today, I told myself "ok, I need to go home and be one of those people that writes Google Reviews because people need to know how great they are." Not only are they amazing chiropractors, they're extremely accommodating, their offices are clean and comforting (and great for kids - my son literally thinks its a playground

I was recommended here multiple times, and was so happy I finally made the decision to come.I got hit from behind 8 years ago and went to plenty of PT and do daily exercises to help with my neck that I have had problems with ever since. It was effecting me to the point I would get headaches so bad if I skipped a day of exercises and heat to the point that I wouldn’t be my best self for myself or the kids emotionally, mentally or physically. I feel like I got really lucky finding WFC. Picked it off an insurance list and was hoping it was okay. It was actually better than "okay", it's really an awesome place. After I had my first appointment with Dr. Kacey King I was excited to work on my health but then the following week I fell. Ugh, and in the middle of Covid. I couldn't get Urgent Care to answer the phone and the website said they were busy with Covid patients. My Drs office wouldn't answer the phone either. I called WFC and they not only answered right away but also knew exactly what I needed and I went in that day for an assessment

I began seeing Dr. Brittany while pregnant with my second child. I did not receive chiropractic care with my first, so I was anxious about going. Dr. Brittany clearly explained everything during our consultation.
I am excited to go in for my appointments. I am always greeted warmly upon arrival to the office. Dr. Brittany is friendly (she will say "too talkative") during treatments, and I leave feeling better than when I arrived. Her care throughout my pregnancy, and now postpartum, has been a gift.

I switched to Dr. Brittany after seeing another Chiropractor for years. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I love the whole body approach to her practice. Dr. Brittany is very patient and understanding. She treats you like a person and is never condescending and never talks down to you. I highly recommend.

I am currently in my third trimester of pregnancy, and I don’t want to know how my body would feel without my weekly adjustments by these amazing doctors! Dr. Brittany and Dr. Kacey are both caring, informative and patient. They always make me feel comfortable, and explain what they are doing and what my body needs throughout the adjustment. Worcester Family Chiropractic is AMAZING! I’ve had several problems worked out with Dr. Brittany and continue treatment for chronic issues and anything new that comes up.
Dr. Brittany and her team are very family focused and friendly so they’re prepared to help parents when the kiddos have to tag along. The entire staff is wonderful and welcoming. It’s something I really look forward to in helping myself and body function better and my boys actually view the visit as a treat for themselves too!

Dr. Brittany is amazing!! My family recently decided to start visiting a chiropractor for "general maintenance" and we settled on Worcester Family Chiropractic. As someone who had not seen a chiropractor in his whole life, all I can say is I wish I started going sooner! I feel amazing after every adjustment and now swear by it to all my friends and family. Dr. Brittany truly is the best! She takes such great care of my whole family. I started seeing her while I was pregnant with my second child and the only regret I have is that I didn’t start seeing her earlier! Scheduling is always a breeze (she has great hours for working families) and her new office is beautiful. I highly recommend her and her services!

Dr. Brittany has been absolutely fantastic and so accommodating with my boys, especially my youngest. I brought him to Dr. Brittany after learning his speech delay was because of chronic fluid in his middle ears. I was told tubes would be likely. I wanted to do everything possible to prevent that so I started bringing Lucas to see Dr. Brittany on a… regular basis. Well, this kid was not having it. Not one bit. He didn't want to be touched, let alone adjusted. Dr. Brittany was always so calm, professional and accommodating. It took some time, but her approach and our persistence paid off
