Awesome office! I was greeted by the cutest little pug at the door....I may have scared the receptionist/ clerks by my excitement from the dog LOL.
Pawel was very professional and respectful. I didn’t feel judged and he answered all of my questions. Even though the office had minor delay, I did not feel rushed.
Overall, appointment went great 🙂 no complaints.

Friendly enough when you get there, but their phone system is terrible. In my experience, you are guaranteed to go to voicemail whenever you call, and they may or may not return your call. I was only able to get my first appointment because I went to the office and inquired in person after attempting to get in contact over 10 times (this place was highly recommended to me by friends, hence the persistence).
