Please let us know you have arrived by responding to this text and/or calling our office at 630-922-0005 and we will notify you when we are ready for you to come in. Please wear your mask in to the office and we will indicate when to remove.
Temperatures will be checked upon arrival for all patients/guardians. We ask that children over the age of 10 come in alone and family/parent wait in their vehicles. Children 10 and under may be accompanied by 1 parent (anyone else is asked to wait in the vehicles).

I was super nervous to have my first cleaning since the start of the pandemic. I was pleased to get a text the day before my appointment telling me that I need to stay in my car until my appointment is ready to start and to wear my mask until instructed to remove it. Plus, Masks and hand sanitizer is everywhere inside:)
Liz and Adriana very quickly calmed my nerves, it was almost like they knew. Adriana got me watching beetle juice instantly as another distraction. Who doesn’t want to watch a movie while getting their teeth cleaned:) ?

A client referred me to Dr Milgram after hearing my concerns with my former dentist. On my first visit I was blown away by Dr Milgram and his practice. I had no idea how behind my former dentist was in terms of technology. The care and treatment I am receiving from Dr Milgram is vastly superior to my past dentists. Highly Recommend!

Every time my family has an appointment with Tall Grass Dental we are treated like extended family of theirs. They are very professional, courteous, and accomodating. My 5 year old has struggled for the past 18 months with emotional regulation issues and I'm so happy to say he had a great dentist visit today. The staff is so patient and helpful in every way. We actually look forward to our dentist appointments!

They are not in network with most insurance carriers but they won’t disclose until you are in the dentist office on your day of appointment.
I provided the insurance information over the phone as you guys don’t make appointment unless you get patients complete information including insurance. However, you informed me that your office is not in network with BCBS while I was already in the chair.
Moreover, upon inquiring I also find that your office is not in network with any of major carriers including BCBS. You know that out of network benefits are thing of the past and this should be disclosed
