Val is AWESOME! I had called to make an appointment (at what I thought was the Draper location) much too my surprise had made it for the Lehi store. Val graciously worked me into her current clients appointment. (Which was Color cut style highlights)My hair was so damaged. She made several suggestions as to product and treatments to get my usually healthy hair back to normal. She has graciously had me come back in (on her own time) washed my hair and placed me under the dryer with the product on my hair and then styled my hair. Finally my hair is almost back to normal, and I have made a new friend

TERRIBLE! Job done by Andi. Asked for pink and ended up with this. Stylist went to buy the hair dye from the Sallys close by. Boxed hair dye. Not only left some undyed and burned my sisters hair but also burned her scalp and wanted to charge$250. I thought a salon was supposed to have better quality products, if I wanted Sallys color I could have done it myself. Never going there again. If you want color I’d highly suggest going elsewhere.

This has got to be the most mediocre response I’ve ever read ! First there was an appointment set up. Second they went in with an inspo pictures , third she had virgin hair and fourth of you didn’t have the proper colors , nor experience you claimed to have had YOU SHOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED AND SET UP REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!! Not after the client isn’t pleased but before !! Andi was defensive when the client( my sister ) was horrified and still wanted to charge $250+ with the excuse that dying hair and getting it were the client requested would be about a $500 job ! There was no limit on paying

I have been to this salon twice and have had a different stylist each time. I am so please with the friendly and inclusive service. The stylists who have helped me are knowledgeable and do a phenomenal job. They do a better job than the fancy and expensive hair salons I have been to. Do yourself a favor and come get your hair done here for less. You will walk out feeling good about your hair.

The stylist there did A HORRIBLE job doing my roots. Even though I gave her the number of the color she should use, my roots turned out a weird blondish-copper color and you can totally see the line where she covered my gray (I'm brunette). Her co-worker said that it matched (what ELSE would she say??), but when I went to get a pedicure next door, I asked the opinion of two ladies and they both said they could see the line where she did my roots. I left the salon without paying, which I've never done before. I didn't even trust her to try to fix it. There was only one other person in the salon

I went here with no appointment and got a haircut from Scott. You know when they say that you will find out, you got a good haircut after a few days. Anyway, I was very happy when I left the salon bec. I have a very thick hair & asked him to thin it out and layer it. Which he did. I got a lot of compliments from family and friends. I've been to this place a few times and each time Miguel does an amazing job transforming my look. He knows what suits a person's look. If I was rating this place on his services, it would definitely be a 5 star spot.
The only concern (pretty big one) I have with this place is the fact that customers are not required to wear a mask, nor the employees. Not a safe decision for anyone during COVID. Wear a mask people.

This was my first time visiting and was so impressed by Miguel who was efficient and talented! My complaint is with another lady that worked there who never put on a mask and told her client she could take hers off too. This is a mandate in Salt Lake County right now and I felt unsafe being there and so close to them. I wouldn't have gone in if I knew they were not following mandatory health guidelines!

I have been coming to this Salon since it was introduced to me by a friend in 2009. I regret waiting as long as I have to write this review as I have never once received a bad hair cut or bad service from the wonderful staff at Salon 21. They even once cut my hair during a power outage and it still came out perfect. If you are looking for a new Salon, I urge you to come visit Salon 21!

Such a shame that the owner has to lie to cover herself. I have been going here for over 3 years seeing the same person (Hanah). Every month after my appointment, Hanah wrote down my name and number for the next month's appointment. I walk in today for my scheduled appointment just to find out that Hanah is no longer working there. The owner told me that she couldn't call me because she didn't have my number and nothing was written down.... WRONG! That same time another gentleman came in and asked for Hanah, the owner tells him that Hanah was no longer there and proceeds to tell

So I listened to my friend's recommendation and came to check out this salon. The place was packed when I walked in, there was no one waiting though. The lady who was already cutting hair asked if I had an appointment, and I replied no. She told me to wait a bit.
After a few minutes into waiting, they got to my turn. Next it just felt like a steamroll for the rest of the experience. I have been here 3 times. The first two times Hannah cut my hair and I was very happy with the results. The most recent time I waited an hour for Hannah. When she still wasn't available after an hour, I relented and had Miguel cut my hair. As you can see, it ended up pretty terrible. He did a blunt cut with a razor all around. I had him at least taper the front a little, but was too shy and embarrassed to tell him I wanted some texture. Should I have piped up and asked him to texture it? Yeah, probably. But as a hair person, shouldn't he know what looks good and what doesn't?? I think so.

Love love this place!!!!!!! I've had many cuts and colors here and it is always spot on. Hair stylist are knowledgeable when it comes to products and more then willing to make changes if you don't like the final cut or color, honestly seems like they want you to leave no less then satisfied. I have recommended my stylist to all my friends! Found my forever stylist!

I've been coming here for a little while now & I'm so happy that I found this place!!! I've always hated my thick, curly/frizzy hair & never knew how to manage it. I also dont like having to "do" my hair every day & put a bunch of products in it. I tried many different salons over the years but never found anyone that knew how to cut my hair how I wanted/needed! I went into Salon 21 one day & spoke to MJ who told me she could cut my hair so it was manageable. I was a little skeptical but I had seen good reviews about her & Salon 21 on another site

Salon 21 is great. The staff is very attentive, skillful, and knowledgeable. I have been going there for years and can't find a better place for an executive male haircut and color. My wife also swears by their talented stylists. They are also very good with my son who is 6 years old now and previously had reservations about a haircut when he went to other salons.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! I passed for a horrible experience yesterday at that place. I don't know about hair cuts but they have no experience doing highlights. I went there only to retouch my highlights ( my hair length was completely blond) i explained to the stylist 1000 times that i just wanted retouch my highlights...is that so hard to understand???? for them, yes!!!! She put bleach on all over my scalp and turned my roots completely yellow and my scalp was BURNING!!!!!!!!! I got there at 10 in the morning and stayed there until 05:00 pm ..the owner tried to fix it and got it even worse
