Truckee Gymnastics is proud to be the premier gymnastics facility in the Truckee-Tahoe region. We offer a comprehensive gymnastics program for children ages 4 through teens. Parent-child classes ages 1-3 are available through My Playground. Curriculum follows the USA Gymnastics Levels and Safety Guidelines.

Services
The BEST part of this gym is the coaching. Hands-down awesome coaches. Along with outstanding experience and talent, coaches have cleared a thorough background check through USA Gymnastics or Live Scan via the DOJ (Department of Justice) and FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) or both.
Coaches are also required to be USAG members in good standing, SafeSport certified by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) which provides important training about the nature of misconduct in sport and gives staff actionable information to better protect athletes, and carry current certification in CPR/First Aid.

Parent-Child classes promote motor skills development and self-confidence for young children 1 - 2 years old. Children attend with their parent or caregiver and are engaged in fun, rewarding one-on-one time with their favorite person in the world. YOU. Physical activity is critical to a healthy and enjoyable life.
Are you thinking of giving your preschooler the opportunity to take a gymnastics class? Gymnastics not only offers physical, social, and cognitive development, it enhances brain development too. Gymnastics is one of the best things you can give your kids. Preschool gymnastics develops motor skills and self-confidence for children ages 3 - 5 (no parent participation needed).
School Age recreational gymnastics promote motor skills development and self-confidence for school age children age 5 up through teen years. School age children learn best through excellent coaching and solid progressions that build confidence. Success is built one day at a time with specific goals, repetition and a plan to get there.

Thanks so much to the team at Truckee gymnastics for a wonderful, safe and fun camp experience for my 2 daughters 7 and 9. What an amazing week for them at the Olympic theme. I came to the speeches and awards on the last day and was blown away by the amazing coaches, Laura’s (the owner) leadership and the love and compassion that she dedicates to gymnastics and the gymnasts. I could not stop thinking about how much effort, dedication and attention to detail she and her husband put into the gym, it is really moving and rare to see. On the last day we all went home with a photo picture book of

We love Truckee Gymnastics! My oldest daughter has been on the competitive team for about 7 years. The coaches are amazing and have helped shape her into a very strong athlete and a confident human who’s ready to do all sorts of great things. Our girls also perform exceptionally well at competitions, despite having a smaller practice facility. The coaches are that good!!!!
Gymnastics facilities are challenging to run anywhere, but few people could make this type of facility work in a mountain town. I commend the owners for providing a safe, fun and educational facility in a challenging environment
