Dallas Security Systems, Inc. (DSS) is one of the largest independent security companies in the United States, but the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex is our home. We are commercial and residential electronic security specialists dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. DSS maintains a staff of factory trained technicians on call 24 hours a day.
Dallas Security Systems, Inc. (DSS) also takes a great deal of pride in our service after the sale is made and installation is completed. Like our Installation Department, all of our Service Technicians go through background checks and drug testing prior to starting work. Our Service Technicians receive factory training on all types of burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
The Dallas Security Systems' Central Station is located in our headquarters building on Rockwall Road in Dallas, Texas. Are your systems proprietary? Can they be monitored or serviced by others or do I have to have everything replaced if I become unhappy with your service? We offer same day service if the request is called in by 12 noon and next day service for requests received after 12 noon.

Our consultants will visit your home or business and provide you with a detailed proposal for your security system. Our proposal will break the system down into a site-by-site format.
Dallas Security Systems, Inc. (DSS) takes pride in all of the systems that we install. One of the ways that we control our quality is by doing the vast majority of work with our own people. We may use outside contractors to run some cable, high voltage wiring if needed or locksmiths when needed. Prior to starting work, all DSS employees go through a background check.
