I literally just spoke with some guy called James Hill about some party chairs. He told me that delivery and pick up starts at $99 excluding weekends. I said « great » you can deliver them on Friday and pick them up anytime on Monday. Then he told me that it would be over $300. Long story short. He was just plain rude. Scammer. Does not listen. Speaks over the customer.

They missed my first call which is totally fine, as I was just going to write an email requesting information. My issue is that they called me back before I finished my email, told me they could assist me, then when they heard I was in the middle of the email told me to just finish it and someone could help the next day. You called me back to help me, why not just help? I send the email, which they said would be replied to the next days afternoon but they never reached back out. It has been about two weeks ish.
