I called to set up an appointment. Was told a date and 3 hour window from 1-4pm and the person would call when they were a half hour away. I was getting an estimate for a minor repair of replacing a chase cover and considering installing a pellet stove. They never called or showed up. I tried to call the office and no one picked up. Wasted hours of my time and shows a lack of professionalism. Things happen and a simple phone call to reschedule would have been fine. I will not recommend or personally use them for anything.
