I hired Nassau county pool services to do pool installation in Nassau county in my backyard located in the five towns, Hewlett. I was told by every company that I called that I would have to wait at least a year to get my pool installed. Nassau county pool services came in and got the job done start to finish in less then 3 months time my family and I will now be enjoying our beautiful pool this upcoming summer. I highly recommend this company

Just moved to the area and contacted these guys about coming over to take a look and make sure everything was running properly/show me the basics of pool care. The gentleman over the phone was very friendly and said that he would have somebody come by that Saturday. Saturday morning came and I tried calling to get a time-frame. Nobody answered, after trying multiple times all day and leaving a message nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called back. Will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend anyone else use these guys who clearly can't handle very basic customer service.

First time reviewing, probably because so frustrated. I found this number online. They are located in the same town as me so I figured I'd keep it local. I couldn't even get past the initial phone call so one star is probably a high rating. Deborah insists "EVERYONE" has a picture of their pool when it's open. When I responded that I don't have one and the reason for calling is that I need it opened, she again insisted that I do..... I don't. Apparently this company can't problem solve around this. No alternative solution was proposed. No attempt to keep the business. Had I known taking pictures
