David Noffsinger, a Newport News native, is a financial advisor that has been serving the financial planning needs of individuals and businesses in the Hampton Roads area for over 18 years. He started his career in Dallas, Texas in 1997 and has earned his Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 Registrations as well as his Life and Annuity Insurance License.
Noffsinger Financial Group works with many insurance carriers which enables us to get the most competitive price and value for our clients. After verifying the information for the requested insurance quote, we contact each carrier and then evaluate the price and the insurance company's credit rating to help establish which is best suited for the client's needs.
David is proud to have been a part of the annual 'Breast Cancer Awareness' charity golf outing at Ford's Colony Country Club. Each year he has sponsored a team of four and two holes. David enjoyed his role in locating new participants and was a key figure in the 2009 -2012 events as they raised over a combined total of $185,000.
