The Barn is located in the beautiful Florida panhandle and is easily accessible from almost anywhere. Situated on 20 acres of picturesque grounds, The Barn offers a great amount of outdoor space for live bands and dancing, as well as covered seating and a bar area.

WOW!! This is absolutely one of the most beautiful, rustic yet classy, welcoming venues I have ever been to. We were there for a wedding(which was breathtakingly perfect in every aspect) however it would be perfect for any occasion! Oh, and did I mention the staff? AMAZING!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and treated us like family!! I hope I get the opportunity to go back someday. I most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful location to host an event.

I got married here Dec 3rd, 2020. ❤️ I had the wedding of my dreams at the most perfect and beautiful place!!! I am so thankful with all the staff at this place. They were all so kind and so helpful! Beverly, thank you for all of your help and for being a part of the process and making things easier for me too. 100% recommend this place!! It is so gorgeous, barely even needs lots of decorating because it’s already so beautiful so it saved us money! I felt like a princess here!

I can not fully express the sheer beauty of this venue, but believe me when I say that it is absolutely picture perfect in every way! Every detail is perfect and beautiful. This venue is rustic and romantic, and the owner and staff are friendly, understanding, accommodating, and communicative. Choosing Water Oaks Farm to host my wedding was the best decision I've ever made! I can not recommend this venue more!

This was my second event attended. Always beautifully rustic. Owners give plenty options to work with event budgets. We all know weddings are expensive so to have the options they offer for additional fees is always a blessing. Owners are very lovely people. Would highly recommend. Plan to drive and work out hotels for out of town guests.
