We contacted the Visiting Geeks for an unresponsive laptop.
Nancy called back the next day to schedule a drop off appt.
Brought the laptop in the next day at 11AM and received a call
that it was done at 2:30PM the same day. They found a dead hard drive
and replaced it with a SSHD and installed Windows 10, as we lost all
software. Everything that was done was fully explained in laymans terms.
We are back computing with the help of the Visiting Geeks. Don't hesitate
to call them if you are in need.

My laptop would not even turn on. I took in in to Visiting Geeks and within half an hour I was walking out with a working laptop. The technician also made several suggestions to improve my laptop's performance. Everyone was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this business.

My computer was freezing and had a some kind of virus on it. I was able to take it to Visiting Geeks right away. They did a thorough job at looking through it and diagnosing/fixing the problem and making good recommendations for future use of it. It works great now, I am very happy 😊 thanks so much!

I brought my laptop in to be checked because it was working way too slowly. Nancy was very helpful, explaining the cost and that it would be looked at the next day. I got a call the next day that my laptop was ready to be picked up. Very happy with the results and the quick turnover to get it repaired.
