If not, we'll pick up your goods for free. If you are ordering online or by phone, then we are your arms and legs here in LA.
A specialty service for our customers with drop-offs* who regularly ship with multiple carriers. In addition to our complimentary UPS and Fedex drop-off programs, registered shippers with CITY BUSINESS SHIPPING INC. are allowed to drop-off USPS and DHL packages for just $25 per month.
For an additional $10 per month, Registered Shippers can rent a personal mail box number at our business location to receive mail and parcels from USPS, DHL, UPS, and Fedex.Signup in store at our counter. Registered Shippers program is offered at our Fashion District and Downtown/Little Tokyo locations.

City Business has saved my butt so many times!! This is a MVP team. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been incredibly patient, helpful and all around good vibes.
I've had a couple issues of waiting for client payments to go through, and they've graciously held shipments for me over night. They always find the best rates available, and even offer to help pack shipments.

I have made every attempts for this company to do things right for my orders. Last December, they lost a $8K gown that was going to a celebrity client of mine in Fort Lauderdale. They made so many mistakes with that transition and were unaccomodating to me on their mistakes.
Then in recent weeks, I have gotten back to my office noticing they hadn't charged me for some orders I placed but mailed them anyway. Out of integrity on my end, I returned back to their facility to notify them and pay them whatever I noticed I owed.
Then recently, I have given them over 30 orders to ship. They said

In the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic they gave our customer a quote 4 times the normal rate and when asked what was up with the severe price gouging and was given no reason other than "because of coronavirus". After a call to a supervisor, my customer was given a new quote of twice the normal rate. Shame on this company to price gouge during a time like this. I've been referring City Business Shipping to my customers for three years now, but after this I'll be looking for other alternatives.

Terrible, terrible experience with a delivery with City Business Shipping. They were contracted by a furniture company, Article, to deliver a couch to my apartment. The movers themselves were very nice, but broke a window in my house during the delivery. They promised the company would reimburse me for the cost of the repair, and I spoke with their manager who confirmed. I've now spent 6 weeks calling and emailing, attempting to get my reimbursement. First spent two weeks corresponding with a manager, who finally told me he needed to have Pirouz, the owner handle it. So I started the conversation

I had a client buying 90 rugs from me and she needed to have them to be delivered to Stockton (Sacramento), I called Peter ( Pirooz) the owner and asked for a quote , I gave him all specifications with size and even asked him to calculate it with more weight in case and I was quoted for $650 the max , he said , and at the end of conversation he mentioned it costs almost $5 a piece to be delivered meaning I

This place is AMAZING. I called around to a few places in the area, and right off the bat the employee that answered the phone was the nicest and most knowledgable of anyone I spoke to.
I came in with a huge amount of valuable items (speakers, microphones, etc) that I needed shipped cross country, and they packed it all very quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, safely! The cost of labor was quite cheap too, considering how much they had to do.
Everyone there was very friendly and willing to go over with me the details of how the packing and shipping would be done. It felt like a group
