Two words....T.H.E. B.E.S.T of the best. This is the second time Sarah sold our home. Our first home (in the 400K range) she sold in 3 days back in 2011. Our second home (in the 250K range), she sold in 1 day! Coincident? I think not! What's great about her is that she does not sacrifice quality, even if my second home is in the much lower price range. I can probably write a 2 page summary on how great Sarah Bice and Associates is, but I'll get straight to the point:
