I have used their service twice. First the control panel needs to be replaced and second time Raul adjusted the water pressure and replaced several sprinkler heads. Raul did a fantastic job in both occasions and charged very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Responsive, professional, and helpful all around. One zone of our system was not working but we couldn't find the valve. Other landscaping companies wanted to sell us an updated controller and replace the plumbing for that zone, a radical and expensive solution. J&J came out and found the valve (buried under a gravel path) in about 5 minutes. They tested the valve and controller, replaced the valve, found a broken riser when we tested the zone, and replaced that. Overall, in, done, and out in about 2 hours. I can't recommend this company. It's a shame. The lady who answers the phones is so nice and helpful. Unfortunately the technicians don't have the same high level customer service. This company stood me up twice for repairs. Both times I stayed home from work and they didn't come. The second time I only found out they weren't coming after I called to check in on why I hadn't seen or heard from them by almost 5:00.

I highly recommend this company!! J & J Irrigation Systems completed a big irrigation repair job for me, after several other companies could not figure out how to solve all my irrigation issues. Wires, valves and drip lines were repaired/replaced and many leaks fixed on our 2 acre landscaped property. All the repair work was completed in one day. Another irrigation company told me that I would need to replace all the wiring on the whole system.
