Very impressed with this company. I made a pretty large order for my1986 mercruier 5.7 260hp and all the parts were spot on. I contacted customer service only because I made two orders of parts and wanted to know if I had one tracking number or two and they e- mailed back within 20 min with all information and as I'm writing this all my parts have been delivered in 6 days. I placed my order on July 11, 2021 Finding the parts I needed couldn’t have been any easier, using the detailed diagrams.
Pricing was spot-on with only $10 for shipping, bringing my order to $154.
I received… an email with an invoice listing all the parts, shipping and other details.
Today, July 15th. I called to get tracking information and was told they didn’t have the parts yet from the manufacturer and it would probably be Monday or Tuesday of next week before I would receive anything.
I asked if Saturday shipping was available and that I would pay the difference to get the

Took a week to get tracking number, almost another week to get here when their website says all items shipped same day. They would only respond to emails and only after I threatened to cancel payment through my card carrier, no phone contact, I tried numerous times to call. Then I try to return the items, and they want $400 restock fee on a $2k order. would not reccomend at all

Unprofessional, lists items they don't have. And doesn't even have the courage to call or email or even refund the the transaction. I had to contact them to get a answer. I've spent 300$ on parts expecting the availability of this part. Now the 280$ on other parts ordered else where are basically a paperweight.
