The very experienced team at Pioneer Environmental Group LLC provides outstanding environmental consulting services for the NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP), non-LSRP and Subsurface Evaluation sites and cases. With approximately thirty-three (35) Response Action Outcome (RAO) filed since the program's inception, formerly known as No Further Action (NFA), Pioneer knows what it takes to get your case in compliance and closed.
The important issue is what you can not see that determines whether the site has a problem of $1 or perhaps even of $100,000, or more. The steel UST was a great idea several decades ago, but the problem is that metal corrodes and its contents of hazardous substances leak. Metals corrode at different rates by various underground factors contributing to the time until a hole develops. Most of these substances are petroleum based and include gasoline, diesel, kerosene, waste oil, solvents and various heating oils.
Dear Steve, Without your help I would have been at the mercy of a group of people who could care less about the damage they do to people's lives. There only agenda was to build a case, even to the point of pulling up some tile to check how old they were. After you were done the letters kept coming, which you took care of.
