Had a terrible experience here this time. After waiting several months for an appointment and providing my insurance for the services, I was told (at the appointment) that the insurance was no longer accepted. I had waited the several months for the appointment because I really liked this office. I had x-rays done, and multiple x-rays had to be done multiple times, after which I had the longest and most painful cleaning of my life. Shortly after the dentist came in, and the hygienist chatted back and forth about issues I was having with the teeth using initials and codes, but never actually spoke

Having lived in several foreign countries and numerous states, I have had the misfortune to locate and use many dentists. Without any reservation, I can say that my teeth have never been in better hands.
Hygienists and dentists are thorough without doing work that is unnecessary or desired, and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Please stay away. When our insurance changed we sent our 19-year-old daughter to Bucks Dental Associates for a cleaning. Previously she had perfect teeth with no cavities. After she left Bucks Dental they informed her that she had 10 cavities!!! Of course, this was alarming and we followed up, and were also informed that she suddenly had 10 cavities. Hmmm...so we took her to 2 new dentists and to 2 orthodontists for opinions. ZERO cavities were found. After a bit of research, we've come to learn that this office in Chalfont is what they call a "dental mill" and they work for commissions

I've been coming to Bucks for years now! The staff is so kind and helpful. I generally just need cleanings but I wanted to write this review because I've had a cavity for about four years now. Rather than quickly saying I needed to get it filled, Dr. Satashia simply watched it for years, making sure it didn't grow in size. I only just now got it filled because it grew and we decided it would be smart to get it done. I appreciate her not jumping to any big treatments and only suggesting what is necessary.

Dr Kim, and the whole staff, are so nice and professional and welcoming. I feel very comfortable there, even though I generally do NOT like going to the dentist. Dr Kim had a gentle hand and really seems knowledgeable and very competent! I finally found a great dentist and dental office! Thank you Bucks County Dental

This dentist tried to get me to pay over $1,000 for work that would not had been needed. I got a second opinion from 2 dentists after coming to this office, and they confirmed that I would not need the excessive amounts of fillings and treatment that this dentist said I would need. Beware of this office!

I'm really glad I switched over to this office. I've lived in Doylestown for over 30 years and have bounced around dentist to dentist because I either always felt: overcharged or not treated great. This office is professional, clean and very helpful. They do family dentistry, which means everyone (including my kids) can go to 1 place. Justine, Dr. Kim and Jay are so great! They help deal with the crazy insurance companies and Justine is great with the kids! They were even able to get my son in same day for an emergency visit ! Again, so glad I switched.

I have to say that I was extremely impressed with Bucks Dental Associates.
Just a little bit of background, due to an unhealthy habit of overindulging in sweets as a child, I've had plenty of experiences at the dentist. This developed into an irrational fear of the metal instrument wielding doctors.
Dr. Kim at Bucks Dental has managed to relieve the hesitation I have about going to the dentist. She easily caught onto the fact that I was not 100% comfortable and proceeded to put my mind at ease. What was originally only supposed to be a cleaning became repair of a cavity as well. Dr. Kim

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. This was the most painful cleaning I've ever had, I wanted to walk out. I think it was because dentist was in such hurry. They were talking about how they were going to bill me for out of pocket expenses that my insurance didn't cover, before I walked in the door. I should have known.
Before they even did a thorough inspection or cleaning they had found 8-10 cavities in my mouth. Which was going to cost me close to $800 out of pocket after they billed my insurance over $2,000. Then they tried to upsell me on flouride treatments, toothpaste
