Donald is a Principle focused on meeting the tax and business valuation needs of Denver area companies. Donald specializes in income & estate tax planning, compliance and structuring issues for real estate companies, developers, operators, oil & gas companies and franchisees.
Donald also has extensive experience with business valuations including the preparation of valuations in cases for estates, gifts, business combinations, ESOP's and bankruptcy cases.Prior to Hanson & Co., Donald held multiple leadership positions in private industry and in public accounting.
