Been going here for about 9 month but won't go back. My top coat started peeling off so went back in, they buff the rest of the top coat off and reapplied it. You can see when they buff them and every mark on them. Had them done for Christmas. Don't pay 75.00 to look so bad. Will take my Granddaughter and my business some where else.

I will not be going back to Lavie nails in Greenville! This is the quality nails I got on top of not getting my massage for my $40 pedi due to my nail tech not wanting the pedi tech to mess her up. After seeing my bill of $135 and raising concern, I was told “ next time don’t get your nails and toes done at same time.” I never once asked for them to be done at the same time. I’m embarrassed to even go to my job interview with these disastrous nails.

The best experience ever!! Such a lovely, quaint and peaceful place to enjoy a small bit of relaxation. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Lena does an awesome job and is very creative with her skills at painting beautiful designs for your nails following a relaxing pedicure! Kudos to Lavie for having such a great staff! Love Lavie!!

I personally think the old man at the front is the rudest person. Went when they first opened and they messed up my nails and then blamed me for speaking English. Gave them a second chance today for a pedicure and wanted a quick dry for the nail polish. On top of the $50 pedicure they said it was $20 extra. I wonder when America will stop letting these people screw us with their prices. All their prices are ridiculous for an hours work. Think about it. How much do you make an hour?

They are nice and welcoming but the quality of their products are horrible 👎🏽 I’ve been there 3 times (giving them benefit of doubt, thinking maybe it’s me) . Each time my nails break easily . My nails literally break the next day . I went back & they did fix it but I asked if they could make them thick since they were VERY THIN . The lady didn’t want to bc it would look “ugly” if she did so. She just didn’t want to & just told me to be careful. I spend so much money for my nails not even to last me a week . I used to love this place but the last time I went was not so great. I was charged $80 for a medium length manicure with a simple design. On top of that my nails were cut so short I was bleeding. My nails started lifting after 2 weeks of having them & they were so thin they broke easily. Definitely not worth $80 & 100% not going back there.

Lan is a very friendly Vietnamese woman who gave me a great massage! The massage was 100 percent professional and legitimate and I was properly draped. She is a great conversationalist and her English is alright. The only reason I deducted one star was that there was no post-flip, only pre-flip.
Some people may not like the fact that the appointment started 12 minutes after the scheduled time and pop music was playing through the speakers. I didn't care though because I didn't have anything else to do after. But it might make a difference for some of you.

Worst nail salon. Just moved here and this was the first nail salon I tried. I went for a fill & coffin square shape nails. She kept getting upset when I asked to make them more square. And asked to make the nails a little more thick because they were thin. She said no that she will just put extra coats of polish to thicken them. Worst $40 spent. Never again!

This was my second time coming in here and I don't know if I'll be back. A lady named Kim did my nails and cut ALL ten of my cuticles and made them bleed. I told her I wanted shorter nails and she cut them too long, so I asked her to make them shorter and she rolled her eyes like it was a world ending crisis and then she ONLY filed them down to make them shorter and they still weren't to my liking. After she was finished, she looked at my eyebrows and asked me "would you like for me to wax your eyebrows?" I was insulted by that and she was incredibly rude.

I told my tech I didn't want much length taken off and oval shape. She took a fair amount of length off and started to do very boxy nails before I stopped her and reminded her I asked for oval. But they were too short by then and ended up with round. And she made my cuticles bleed.
I wanted some decoration and based on previous review photos, looked like they were more than capable of. I asked my tech what sort of design she likes to do. She wouldn't answer the question so I found a photo through a Google search of a kind of grid/plaid pattern

Do NOT go to this salon for any reason!!! I was severely cut on my big toe and when I told them about it they tried telling me some "salon pad" would get rid of the pain. I wasn't worried about the "pain" but the infection spreading. I guess they think they're doctors too because the manager argued with me in front of customers stating this wasn't infected. I asked 7 times for their insurance information to file a claim and they refused. I left a review on Facebook and the manager tried everything to make it appear like I'm in the wrong and I did something

This has become my go to salon. 95% of the time they are spot on with what I have asked for. They always remember me and my daughters. I have not once encountered any rude staff. That being said the 5% of the time they are not spot on with what I have asked has been a minor problem, changing my nail shape when I specifically asked not to then charging for it or charging for changing nail shape when they didn't. It has been taken care of when speaking with the manager.

Undecided on whether to come back here and go to my usual tech, or to just go find somewhere new. Unfortunately, due to this experience it's most likely the latter.

First, I'm so happy that I didn't let the ONLY review on here (that happens to be a bad one) persuade me away from trying them out. Second, I have no idea why there aren't a ton of reviews... they seem consistently busy. Good thing they have 16 pedicure chairs and at least 8 nail stations. Inside is super clean and neat. Good selection of next gen/dipping power colors.
The lady who did my pedicure was good. I even changed my mind on polish color after she was done, and she changed it without complaint or extra charge. (I've never disliked a color enough until today to do that
