Absolutely fantastic service. As mentioned in other reviews, Shayah was at my home as requested before the other engineers I reached out to even called me back. We moved some walls around in our basement and needed him to assess the structure. He was very patient and listened to my long-winded story full of concerns. He did a thorough assessment and provided the summary report three days before promised. Highly, highly recommend.

Shayah was an incredible find for us. He is super responsive (he showed up at our house before the other structural engineers we reached out to even called us back!). He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and quick to turn around his recommendations. He's also very accommodating as we needed different levels of detail for different parties. Courteous, competent, and cost competitive. I very much appreciated the thorough and clear explanation of the assessment we had done today and would HIGHLY recommend. Shaya was awesome. He made sure to thoroughly examine every crack and angle of our carport to make sure it was safe. He recommended options for repair and discussed everything he was doing and seeing detail. I felt well informed about all aspects of the structure. He is easy to talk to, with a positive attitude and comes well prepared for whatever structure he is examining. I recommend him for anyone looking for what they pay for.
