What an incredible company and team! I brought my car in after years of my anxious husky mix’s slobber and hair. I tried everything to get the hair out myself and I thought my car would be stuck in the shape it was forever. Now, my car looks brand new! They were also so accommodating and the service was wonderful. They even warmed my car up before I got there, since it was a cold day. I can’t say enough great things and I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My husbands truck was done through the mobile detailing service. Not impressed with the quality and professionalism. The truck is fairly clean but smelled and still smells like vomit. **It did not smell like vomit prior to this cleaning* Half the purpose of getting a cleaning is for the truck to smell good. My guess is their vacuum/shampooers don’t get a thorough wash between customers. Some spots were still dirty such as the floor mats. Probably as good of quality as if we had done a thorough cleaning ourselves and put more time into it. Had to use our electricity to do the service. Other services

They do a great job! Fast, convenient, reasonably priced. I brought in my car completely filthy and it came out looking like new. They paid special attention to the floors and the mats, the seats were stained but they got most of the stain out. Even went into the trunk cleaned it completely. This place is definitely a class act

I have a Cadillac that I’m pretty particular about, and WCC did a great job with her. Had some dust break spots that are noticeable on all white vehicles in my pain, they buffed out and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. Car was full of snack remains from my three kids, and the interior now is spotless. I am more than satisfied. She’s sparkling and looks as beautiful as she did the day I drove her off the show lot. Mike is super professional and kind. Will back with the other vehicles soon, thanks wcc!

Highly recommend! My SUV interior was DESTROYED and now I am proud to drive it again! They even got a paint stain off my seat that I had been living with for a while!! They are very professional and 100% stand behind their work. Will definitely be using them again!

The guys were able to detail the inside of my car at my house which was a huge convenience for me (with three kids it's tricky to bring my car somewhere for an extended period of time). That being said, my kids have basically trashed my car over the years. After about four hours my car looks better than it has in years. I'm sure it won't last too long though (kids!) so I will definitely be using this service again!

First time using Wicked Clean Cah for a complete inside/outside detail including clay bar treatment on my 2016 Volvo XC90. My car came back looking fantastic! Mike was on time picking up my car and he performed the work, which I would ask for him again! Great attention to detail. The valet service was a huge plus! Definitely would use them again!!!

Very pleased with the service! I've had my SUV for almost 4 years and have had two toddlers since. Needless to say, my car was way overdue for a detail. I had to make a few last minute changes and was easily accommodated by Chris. TJ came to get my car while I was at work and was attentive to the things I pointed out in my car.
On a completely irrelevant note, I didn't plan well by not packing lunch at work and did not have my car to go and get something. I jokingly messaged TJ to drop off my car with some fries as I was getting hangry. Lo' and behold, fries!! Extra stars for going above and beyond

My wife wanted her SUV fully detailed for our anniversary. Chris ended up fitting us in for a late appointment and came all the way out to Central MA. He did not rush a single step of the process even when it began to get dark outside and also offered to come back if anything was missed. The paint now shines like a mirror and the interior could not look more mint, pretty sure we could eat off the engine bay! We were super impressed by the service and look forward to using Wicked Clean Car detailing a few more times this year!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this business should rethink their line of work or business strategy. I had my appointments cancelled four times. Granted the first two were due to the weather, but the last two there was no reasoning. In this day and age, the competition is so high. It shouldn't matter if someone paid full price or at a discount, the quality and quantity of work should not differ. A service is a service and they should be held accountable for the quality and quantity of work. A good review will always pay up in triplicate in the long run.

I paid $89 for a detail from Groupon. Called this business multiple times. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Groupon not helping with the problem. STEER CLEAR if customer service means anything to you. I think the positive reviews are posted by their family members, haha. For some reason, the one positive review is 'highlighted' here and all the reviews that offer the same warnings as I do are "not recommended". SHADY.

This "business" is a joke. We tried repeatedly to book with him. I messaged him the morning of our appointment to which he replied "your husband never responded to my message". I took a screen shot of the conversation to prove that my husband had in fact responded. We also had a Groupon and he would not stand behind his services. We ended up getting our Groupon refunded and still tried to book with him...bad idea!! He said "Literally Groupon buyers are the most ungrateful people ever. Better off without em". That comment was made AFTER we were refunded for the Groupon

I purchased a Groupon and tried for 3 days to get ahold of this company with no return calls! I contacted Groupon and was able to get my money back. I finally got a text from company after just receiving refund. He was very rude! I do NOT suggest using this company! He said he was better off without a Groupon customer!!!!
