If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. They helped my community out of a jam on the day before Christmas Eve, with zero notice. They were warm, super responsive, and helpful. They removed a king size mattress from the community walkway of the dumpster area. Essentially, we couldn't access the community trash or recycling bins with this mattress in the way, and we were headed into the long Christmas weekend and our community manager never responded to our calls/messages on this matter. I have used JunkMan twice and am very happy with the ease of scheduling and the availability of appointments.
Most recently, the guys came over to remove some old, unwanted furniture along with a couple other things that were taking up space. They are friendly, professional and efficient. It feels liberating when they are finished because I don't have to deal with things taking up space in my home that have outlived their usefulness.
I will definitely use their services again, the pricing is well worth it.

I contacted Junkman on 07/22 regarding the removal of several large items located at my property via phone. When communicating with their customer service representative, she was professional. The appointment was scheduled and on day of pickup, the driver contacted me and informed me of pickup in 30 minute timeframe. From the first call I made to request a 10 cu. yard bin, this company has offered me the best service I've ever received from ANY business in my six years living in Las Vegas. Louie explained the different sizes of the bins and helped me choose the right one. I needed immediate delivery and a specific pick-up time to accommodate arrival of a moving van. Everything took place as agreed even though it it was over the July 4th holiday weekend. Howard, who delivered the bin put it exactly where I needed it in the driveway. The dumpster itself was clean and freshly painted.

I actually would have given this company a five star review but because they were 4 hours late, I docked them. However they did a great job of communicating what was happening, (they blew a tire and had to wait for a tow truck to fix it), and when they did finally get to us the two young men were very apologetic, very professional and they were hard workers. To be honest if we weren't in a pinch for time being late would have been no big deal. Would we use them again in the future...Absolutely

Matt and Dennis were polite, friendly and on time. They removed all my trash expeditiously and the price was very fair. Aside from their professionalism, they were very kind too. I am moving by myself right now and I couldn't lift my trailer's HEAVY AF ramp and I didn't really know who to ask. So on a whim I asked if they would help me and they agreed to. They lifted the ramp for me expecting nothing in return and I was just so grateful. It helped me out so much, I don't know what I would've done without their help. Moving out Vegas and needed to get rid of some stuff and found JunkMan on Yelp. I requested a quote through Yelp and and was helped right away. Was able to schedule a pickup the next day.
My pickup time was at 12pm but Dennis and the other staff didn't get there until 12:45, but Dennis made sure to call and let me know in advance that they were running late. Great communication.

I wish I could have experienced the service that everyone raves about.
I called and was given a quote of $244 on my description of the job. Which working for a contractor myself for many years was a fair description of the quantity of work that needed to be done. They said they would be be by the next day. Cool.
The next day a guy called me and told me that they don't give quotes over the phone. I told them that I was already given a quote of $244. They told me that they don't give quotes and they have to see the job. They also asked what kind of tools they would need for the job.
