Absolutely worst florist I’ve ever used. Ordered 4 arrangements for Mother’s Day. Nothing I wanted or asked for was done. I asked for vases they give me baskets that look like picnic baskets, happy Mother’s Day cards written out to me instead of the recipients. Called and asked what happened to the vases she said they ran out. You would think they would keep the customer informed. I asked for half dozen roses in one vase I got 3 and said they ran out. The baskets look empty, whoever I spoke to on the phone was huffing and puffing like it was my fault She asked what I would like to be done

I would like say that Denise is a wonderful person. She provides excellent customer service and her work is absolutely marvelous. My flowers for my wedding ceremony were breath taking. I was 💯 satisfied and I plan to use her again in the future. She is detail oriented and she really added extra touches to my bouquets and center pieces. Words cannot express how greatful I am for Denise!!!!!! I definitely positively recommend for anyone to use her for any special occasion.

Last week I had the unfortunate situation of needing flowers for a funeral service. Not just any service, but my best friend of more than 40 years. I didn't even know where to begin to pay proper tribute to someone who meant so very much to me. All I was able to share with Denise, the owner of Flowers of Rome, was that they must be purple, and they must honor my friend. An exceptionally done arrangement of beautiful, fragrant purple roses were delivered for her service. I was moved to tears at the beautiful tribute to my beautiful friend who has enriched my life beyond words. Thank you to Flowers

Out of all the vendors at my wedding, I this is the ONLY business where I had any sort of issue or misunderstanding. Communication was very one sided, often only replying "got it" to details and changes I would send her. When she sent me the order form for my flowers, it was completely incorrect. She sent me the "correct" one a few days later. As a paying customer, she made me feel like I was in the way and bothersome. Loved my bridal bouquet. I have know owner for 30 years and my whole family does business with Flowers of Rome. My bouquet is so lovely and exactly what I wanted, 3 years after my wedding it is setting in my living room as decoration. She took extra time to add personal touches to my bouquet. Being a family friend she knew my grandmother and she added a handkerchief to my wedding bouquet that belonged to my grandmother. Best florist around. I have got to say she and her team will work with you all the way up to the event. We have used her many times over the years. Would not want to use another florist. During a very sad tine in my life she made the most beautiful spray for my grandma's casket. She was so thoughtful. She knew how my grandma used to make grapevine wreaths. So when the time came she incorporated vines in with the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. To top it off she also added a purple and pink rose for my sister and myself. I have known Denise for 30+ years. She is one of the most talented people I've ever had the pleasure to know. She has done flowers for me and my family for different occasions and for many years. I have never been dissatisfied with any of Denise's work.
Not only is Denise a fantastic floral designer, but her other work is top notch as well. One of her many talents is bow making. Flowers of Rome has the absolute best service of anyone around! They did my sisters wedding and they did both of my grandparents funerals and done a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend them to ANYONE without a doubt!!! The flowers for all were absolutely beautiful and were exactly how we wanted!

We have used Flowers of Rome for every event. We started using them for birthdays and funerals. We were so impressed by the quality and how wonderful the staff was that we used them for my wedding in 2013 and my sister's wedding in 2015. She did my engagement party and bridal showers.
