In 1982, Dave Bolduan, a licensed general contractor, formed Pacific Construction. Starting with just one employee, he began remodeling and building custom homes. Over time, the company's reputation for quality, integrity and fair practices drew clients, many of whom became repeat customers. In 2004, the company incorporated and the business name was changed to Pacific Builders of SLO, Inc.
We rely on a network of subcontractors that we know and trust. We have developed a good working relationship with them over time by treating them fairly and making sure that they are paid in a timely manner. Pacific Builders of SLO also maintains a crew of well trained and courteous employees who are competent in all phases of construction and have the knowledge and experience to resolve difficult design challenges.

Pacific Builders of SLO has been building and remodeling custom homes in San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast of California since 1982. The most recent project that Pacific Builders handled for us is now almost two years old. Everything still works and looks as though the work were just completed last week. It's a testament to Pacific's attention to detail and ability to handle any commercial or residential building or improvement needed. Sean, Jake and the whole team are a joy to work with. Fair, honest contractors.

We've had major problems with our home since it was constructed in 1990...mostly concerning leaks from improperly installed windows, flashings, etc. When we say "major", envision ceilings caving in from saturation, mildew, mold, etc. We had several different contractors try a band aid approach to no avail. Recently, our neighbors had a new home built by Pacific Builders and daily we watched the competence and expertise exhibited by the crew from PB.
