I used Mountain Home Rentals of Georgia to list my home for rent. They hosted renters that were called on by Big Canoe security for extreme partying, broke a window and overall havoc in the home. This organization tried to state the window was broken prior to their listing when they had photos galore prior to taking the listing. If you care for your home, don't use them. Your home is simply a venue for them to make money and destroy everything inside and out.

A review from recent guest: Our extended family had the most marvelous time at Big Canoe over Thanksgiving! Having rented a couple of close-together houses, we hiked every day, played volleyball on the beach, held a family racquetball tournament, played board games around the fire in the hearth, cooked up a storm, had friendly chats with the neighbors, glimpsed wild turkeys and deer, and enjoyed the view of golden autumnal splendor in the mountains. The only bad news was that my husband was defeated for the first time ever in racquetball by his nephew. We can't wait to return next year.
