Quincy is located on the banks of the Mississippi River 100 miles West of Springfield, Illinois and 120 miles Northwest of St. Louis. It is considered a retail and service industry hub for residents within a 100-mile radius. The city is populated with over 42,000 people and is known for its thriving business sector, including a number of high-tech manufacturers with worldwide reputations.

While gifts may be made to QND in the form of cash, credit, marketable securities, real estate, and various other capital assets and tangible personal property, this site is only able to securely accept a donation by credit card. The QND Foundation is recognized as a 501 (c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service.

QND believes extracurricular activities are a vital part of the total program of a school. All students are encouraged to participate in any activity in which they are interested. One goal of QND is to build success in each activity, but we also try to instill in the students a sense of personal discipline and pride.

Quincy Notre Dame High School is recognized by the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois, the Illinois State Board of Education. Quincy Notre Dame's curriculum is structured to provide each student with the opportunity to fulfill educational, spiritual, and emotional needs. Materials and methods are utilized with the welfare of the student in mind.
