Rod is a registered pharmacist, a certified consultant pharmacist and holds a master's degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

His forward thinking strategies and strong business sense brought him from Director of Pharmacy for one of New Jersey's prominent psychiatric facilities to Executive Vice President, COO for one of New Jersey's leading institutional pharmacies and subsequently to Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey division of the third largest institutional pharmacy in the United States.

Medications are available in a combination of 30-day Box and Bingo as requested by the DON. Medications can be returned to the pharmacy for credit where applicable by law. Medical Records and nursing forms are customized on an individual basis to meet the needs specific to a particular nursing facility.

Utilization of FrameworkLTC provides the pharmacy with an optimal platform to service our customers. Our document imaging system allows pharmacists to view digital images of all incoming and outgoing faxes, increasing operational efficiency and virtually eliminates lost documents.
