RJ Enterprises is an AS9100D certified CNC machine shop located in Gardena, California. We serve manufacturers in the Los Angeles and Southern California areas and across the U.S. We customize and replicate parts using high-grade materials that ensure durability. We produce parts to precise specifications for aerospace, medical, military, automotive and other industries.
RJ Enterprises uses state-of-the-art CNC Milling equipment to create custom parts that perfectly match our customers' designs. CNC Milling technology utilizes computer-controlled automation to provide high-speed, high-precision performance, maintain tight tolerances, and provide perfect part-to-part and lot-to-lot repeatability.
We routinely work will all types of materials including aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, steel, stainless steel, inconel and other exotic alloys. Thousands of turned parts are produced daily in our facility. We have built long term relationships with our customers who have complete confidence in our ability to produce consistent parts from the first lot to the 100th lot.
RJ Enterprises provides EDM Wire and EDM Wire Hole Drilling including large hole drilling and small hole drilling. We service a wide range of customers covering aerospace, medical, stamping dies, injection mold, extrusion tooling and conventional machining. RJ is an exceptional CNC parts supplier. They are very responsive and their employees genuinely want to make sure their customers get the right part, the first time. They will go above and beyond too. When I needed to make a dimension change just as a part was about to go into production, they worked with me to quickly integrate the change and deliver a great part. They will work with you to select coatings and will deliver a ready-to-install part. I worked with them on multiple runs of aluminum and steel components that were produced on their CNC mill and CNC lathe. Those components were delivered

Found this company while searching for a local machine shop...I met with Vartan and he was very welcoming...I showed him what I was looking for and listened to his professional ideas of what he thought would work well for me...after discussing ideas back and forth he gave me a tour of their facilities and I was beyond impressed...they have a super clean and professional shop (not what I'm used to seeing in this industry)...I ended up ordering some basic parts from Vartan and was so impressed but what they produced I shared their info with some other co workers...I just placed another order

We needed custom bushings made for a large construction project. CNC Machining is not something we do regularly so Vartan worked with us to select a material and then helped along the way with questions we had regarding the design. Everything about the process was smooth, easy and professional. This was the first time using RJ Enteprises and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

RJ enterprises is one of the most outstanding machine shops out there. Vartan who is the owner of RJ really knows how to treat his customers right. Meets the deadlines and requests, RJs price structure is one of the fairest and most reasonable. You can't beat the quality and professionalism this company has to offer. I was really impressed with their equipment. I had my parts machined and RJ met the part print specs and supplied a full inspection report with the parts. If you are looking for production machine shop RJ is the place to get it done!
