At Health by Design our focus is Health. And we support our Health Member's in obtaining their optimal health through our Mind, Body, Spirit concepts. We know that our bodies are designed to heal themselves naturally. Through education and our highly experienced team members, we will create a personal life plan for each of our Health Members to obtain their optimal health.
Our holistic healing services include Chiropractic, Skin Therapy, Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Spa Packages, and Counseling. All of our services have been customized to meet our Health Members' individual needs. We personally meet with each Health Member to design a health plan that fits his or her lifestyle.
At Health by Design, we practice specific, neurologic-based chiropractic care. Your nervous system controls every function your body does and we make sure it is functioning at its best. We assess your nervous system to check for any areas of interference or miscommunication between your brain and your body and remove them through our gentle chiropractic adjustments.
Your skin is your largest organ and your first line of defense and therefore it is imperative that you have regular skin therapy to maintain the skin's optimal health. Each facial treatment is customized for your skin based on an assessment by a licensed skin therapist. At Health by Design, we believe in a holistic approach to healthy skin and therefore use a skin care line with powerful botanical ingredients derived from nature itself.

Met with Dr. Cody Newman today and let me tell you this Dr. knows what he is doing. He actually takes the time to listen to your issues and explains everything he will be doing. I left his office feeling 100% better. He even followed up with me later in the evening to check up on me and see how I was doing. No other chiropractor I been to has done this. Dr. Newman definitely cares about his patients and I know will be going back to him. Wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. Thank you again Dr. Newman!

Dr Cody Newman is a godsend. I went from not being able to walk or stand to a fine workout in the gym. He is the best chiropractor I've ever had. If you're in physical pain, I can't guarantee he can help, but I'd reach out to get his opinion... if he can he'll tell you, if he cannot, he'll tell you that too.

Dr. Cody is very intuitive. I was skeptical about going to a chiropractor but dr. Cody's knowledge about all things chiropractic calmed me down. He explained what his plan was and then while he was "cracking" my body, he explained again. Talked me through everything. I felt immediate relief after having a pain in my neck for over a month. I thought I was only going to go one time, but the more I get adjusted, the better I feel!

Health by Design is a special place in every sense. I've been going to see Jennifer for 5 years now. She has done facials and micro-needling for me. My skin always feels amazing after seeing her and I know she'll be one way to help me grow old gracefully. I love the products that she uses as well. My preferences are always to lean towards more natural and she provides a nice balance. Her gifts go beyond great skin care though. She is a beautiful person, who makes you feel immediately comfortable and that she's there to take care of you.

I have been getting skin treatments by Jennifer for almost 10 years. I trust her expertise and advice. My skin looks great! Both my kids see her as well. My entire family started seeing Dr. Cody about a year ago. We have had great results from his care as well. My kids are both competitive athletes and the adjustments have helped keep them injury free. We love Health By Design!
