Been a customer for about three years now and I am very satisfied with the service and the customer service. The office checks up on us periodically to ensure all our passwords and pass codes are still good. Anytime we have false alarms, they check up to make sure the system is functioning properly. Definitely feel like we are customers, not just people who do business with them. Very much a "family" feel. Highly recommend.

He is always on standby when I have questions regarding the functionality of the devices.
I was so pleased with the service that I asked them to take control of monitoring my home security as well.
