My central air system was running but not cooling properly. After talking to 3 different reps for Sears A/C Services and getting anywhere, I called AIR MASTERS. To say their service was quick is an understatement. Josh Blanchett was there the next morning. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem (low freon) and resolved it that same day. I was extremely impressed with his explanations. He even checked to make sure there were no other issues with the unit. Extremely happy with all services they do. They have been our go-to for all heating/AC services for over 15 years including complete system replacement due to unavailability of old Freon gas. Most recently we had our fall heating service done by Josh Blanchette. Extremely courteous and did a bang up job of servicing our system. I know that when we get our AC serviced in the spring and our heating system serviced in the fall each year, that we will not need to call Airmasters in between. Josh and Roddy teamed up to replace my A/C condensing unit. I was impressed with their excellent communication and honest answers. We have been customers of AirMasters for many years. When we moved about 50 miles away, they came to our new building site and installed our HVAC unit. When we needed maintenance, they scheduled us quickly and we’re on time. The maintenance cost was reasonable. Our technician, Steven Perez, we very knowledgable and super friendly. I am new to the area and am very glad I found Airmasters. It is difficult to find good vendors, and they were responsive, professional and importantly: trustworthy and honest. Everyone I have dealt with, from the phone receptionist to the tech and estimator support, has been knowledgeable and supportive. Stephen P came to the house twice to ensure our system will run properly. He was super personable and went above and beyond with not only assessing and tuning up the system but also extending the condensate PVC away from the foundation outside. Great experience from quote to finish. We upgraded our 25 year old heat pumps to a new Trane XV18 variable speed unit and it is really nice. The crew was very professional, friendly and were always willing to answer any questions that I had. They left the job site very clean and the installation looks very well done. Highly recommended.

Don't waste your time on them. They offer 24hr emergency repair on their website but apparently that is not true. I called after 8 and was told they would message the repair man on call and send him out. After wait an hour and nothing I called back and was told they would send another message. Happened more than once in a span of five hours! Gave up and called first thing the next morning and was told they canceled the call since it was after 8! Would have been nice to know the first time I called and not after letting my 2yr old sleep in an 80 degree house! Very unprofessional to not be upfront
