Trying to find the right hair salon is always a challenge. I don’t write many reviews but sometimes there are particular companies that desire the time. The Isabelle Francis Salon is top notch in knowledge of their clients, their products and most of all listening and caring about what their clients what to achieve. I have been going to Cheryl Ann for several years who has done an amazing job with my color, cut and style. I always get compliments from strangers on my hair color and style. If you are looking for a salon, I can highly recommend giving Isabelle Francis Salon a try, I don’t think

I was at the salon in May. I got a partial foil, hair treatment,cut n blow dry. Cost was ($175.00). I just went last week and got a foil,cut, and blow dry. They said it would be ($175). Same price n I told them I DIDNT get a hair treatment this time. I also had a 20% off. In the end she charged me ($155.00) which I never got my 20% off. I realized it all when I got home because I myself was in a rush to leave to pick up my son. I also left a $36.00 tip. Realizing this all after I won’t be going back. Flip flopping the price around just turned me off. In the end after NO hair treatment n not getting

IF Salon is a very pleasant place to get my hair cut. Both Cheryl Ann and Helen are friendly, courteous and highly skilled. They run the salon as though it's just simply a nice place to be. It's clean, they provide coffee and snacks and their personalities work off each other. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else.

My appointments at Isabelle Frances Salon with Helen are always something I look forward to. I am grateful of her talent and skills for so many years that she has been coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. I feel refreshed and amazing after every visit. The salon is very comfortable, classy, and vibrant with knowledgable and very friendly staff who go out of there way to make you feel welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable!

Awesome! Everything about this place is excellent. Cheryl the owner is extremely talented both in cut/styling and color. Her top priority is to make you feel welcomed coming in, relaxed while visiting, and happy when you leave. She takes enormous pride in her work and it shows!!
The salon itself is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in every aspect of this business is outstanding!! I have finally found my new salon/stylist and couldn't be happier..If you are looking for a change, I would highly recommend Cheryl and her salon.. You won't be sorry!

This is quite the hidden gem in Westborough! I was searching for a Goldwell salon in this area and feel lucky to have stumbled upon Cheryl. I booked a very last minute appointment for a cut and color and despite being fully booked on a Saturday - Cheryl gave me 5-star treatment and stayed open later than she normally would just for me! In addition to providing a skillful cut and color, Cheryl was very attentive and spent quite a bit of time asking questions about my hair, and also getting to know me as a person. I really felt special. The atmosphere in the salon was very chic

Cheryl, the owner, set out to put her personal touch on her own place, and she has created an environment that is warm and welcoming, professional and fun.
I have had more people complement me on my hair because of her work with me. Thanks Cheryl!
Her personal touches include offering drinks while you wait, and a hot scented towel on the back of your neck as the last step. Nice touch!
This is the kind of place you like to hang out in. The staff all like each other, are always laughing and having a great time.

Isabelle Francis Salon is beyond amazing! I see Jenn for my hair and every time I absolutely love the job she does for highlights and a cut. I started seeing Nicole for my eyebrow wax and tint and she always does a fantastic job as well. Cheryl Ann and the rest of the team are always so inviting and make this a trip I definitely look forward to! At previous salons I always dreaded going and sitting in the chair for hours on end, but with the team at Isabelle Francis I always am excited to see everyone again and enjoy my time there. It does help they are so efficient and get the job done correctly

I'm a huge fan of Cheryl Ann! Cheryl has been doing my hair for over 10 years and I was so excited for her to open her own salon. The atmosphere at Isabelle Francis Salon reflects Cheryl Ann's personality; warm, friendly and inviting. Cheryl is also a very talented stylist who is constantly working on her craft. She's done wonders with my hair!
Cheryl also has an eye for young talent. The esthetician, Nicole, does beautiful brow work and gives one heck of a feel good shampoo! Christina at the front desk is very warm and welcoming.
