I called and got in for an appointment for an interior detailing. I requested that the dash, radio, venting, windshield, etc be cleaned out due to puke being splattered all on the front of it. John stated to drop off no later than 9:30am and that he would call me when it was ready to be picked up. My vehicle was dropped off.. 4pm rolled around and I still hadn’t received a call if my vehicle was done. I called to check on the status of it, he cleared me to come pick it up. I noticed right away that the venting by the window still had quite a bit of puke showing. He apologized and said he didn’t

Where do I even start? I purchased my 2007 Honda Accord in July of 2016. It was a one owner car and it looked brand new. Since I have owned this car it has gone back and forth across the country and it has seen better days. I was referred to J&J Detailing. I brought it in and the results are nothing less than amazing. Originally would have given 1 star but the owner John made it right by not charging me, even tho he did storm off unprofessionally afterwards. I assume he was embarrassed by the quality of work in which was pointed out to him upon reviewing my detailed vehicle. He came out with a spray bottle and even tried wiping away some of the spots before we left...you think you would double check your work when finished. You get what you pay for here, many cut corners and quick work I could have done myself. Left here feeling like we still needed to get the car detailed. I’ll let the pictures do the rest

Took my 2014 Avalon for a detail job on 4-8-2019. was there for two days picked it up on 4-10. noted two large damaged areas on the drivers door with paint brushed on them( appeared with a barn brush) , multiple buffer burn marks, and stuff on the windows that won't clean off. during the walk around at delivery, i pointed these conditions out to John , he stated don't know how that happened but wasn't done here. i would have said maybe it happened somewhere else but, I just had that side of the car repainted at a body shop . his insurance company stated if I have no video proof

Outstanding job! We were very satisfied. J&J picked up my wife's car at her place of work and returned it to the same location. We bought this car used, and after J&J the car was significantly cleaner and better looking than when we bought if from the dealer. Highly recommend this place of business.
