I was stuck on the side of the road on hwy 40 and used AAA. Within 15 minutes they showed up and serviced my tired. The driver who helped me out was very friendly and very professional. He replaced my tires with a used tires but it was a high quality tire as well. I expressed my concern about the tire issue I was having and he knew right away how to resolve the issue. I highly recommend going through Sampson. They provided great customer service and they will treat you like family like they have known you for years. The guy who came and helped me went above and beyond band I will forever be great

I called them in a panic in search of a tire repair since I was from VA and had a flat tire on Hwy 117 right by the college. I had called every other tire place in town and they either were closed or didn’t have that size tire in stock. I was on my way to a wedding at Topsail Beach. He said he had a used tire and could change in for me. He must’ve sensed the panic and frustration in my voice because when I asked if he could put it on right then he said “yes!” Luckily I had run flat tires on so I was able to drive over. He was so helpful! He wasn’t able to install the tire due to the object
