THE MOST INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL COLLECTION AGENCY.
This lady answer my call, she requested information to verify identity, I provided as requested and she finally says: How can I help you, sir... When I was going to ask her something about the letter I received on my mail and I started reading the portion of the letter, she interrupted me because she knows what the letter says and told me to send in writing to the office whatever I need, also I requested to speak with a supervisor and she transferred me to a voice mail. I called back and another guy answers and tells me you just were on the

I don't even do reviews like this yet I felt like I needed to. Every single person I've ever spoke to from this company is just miserable and Rude. You'd think they were the police and I was a convicted felon with the tone they used when speaking to me. It was months before I even realized that they were calling because of a debt that still had a balance. It didn't help that they left no info in their voicemails for me to determine that. Avoid them like the plague.

I just had an employee hang up on me. Very unprofessional. If I need to I will make a court case out of this. I don't owe money to a school that already got their money from a student loan. Which I'm still paying off. I won't have some ignorant people contact me and hang up on me. You also never did your job as this apparently was made in 2013 and I just found out about it in 2017. I'm not afraid to make this a court case.

This company leaves the most worthless effing voicemails. It goes something like this: "Hi, this is ___ from Partners Financial Services. Partners is a debt collector. You can call us at ___ number. Again, that number is ___, or you can go online to ______ to learn more."
Um? Okay, first of all, WHO ARE YOU CALLING FOR?????????? Usually, when a company is calling for someone specific, they ask for that person BY NAME. Secondly, if you expect me to be able to go to your website to view my inquiry and make a payment, you're supposed to leave a username or SOMETHING so I can log in. This company
