I along with the help of Terri (my wife) started Randall Roberts General Contractors in 1984. We have completed many residential and commercial projects. During that time we have made countless satisfied customers. Our crew is made up some excellent local tradesmen. Three of our sons are an integral part of the company Randall Roberts Jr. has been with company since 1999 full time.
James Roberts came aboard full time in 2003. Jeremy Roberts joined us full time in 2009. We have an excellent group of tradesmen. Terri has been managing the showroom since 2009. With our eyes looking toward expansion, the idea was presented to create a Home Improvement division. Ben Surner a successful western Massachusetts entrepreneur encouraged us to open a showroom and specialize in windows, doors and siding.

Our best selling window is National Vinyl and is made right here in Western Massachusetts. We have been installing their products with great success since they opened their doors. As a matter of fact, we have a window here at our showroom that we originally installed in 1985- and it is still in great shape!
Siding can make your home have incredible appeal. At Window Works, we believe this is one area where low maintenance shouldn't be just an option, but a given. Mastic (formerly known as Alcoa/Mastic) and CertainTeed are two companies that have been operating for quite some time. They both have excellent products and, as with all of our suppliers, they stand behind what they sell.
