The CORAL SPRINGS Neck & Back Pain Institute is a multi-discipline, integrative healthcare practice. Integrative is defined as a group of licensed professionals working together in a common area of healthcare, i.e., wellness of the spine. Our first goal is to get you out of pain, the second is to regain and reclaim the health, vitality and strength of your spine and body.
Dr. David Bass is the inventor and developer of the Antalgic-Trak treatment system. The project began in the year 2000. We were granted our FDA-Clearance in 2005 and we released our first Antalgic-Trak System 2006. Dr. Bass is the president and founding partner (with co-founder Dr. Scott Denny), of Spinetronics.
The majority of spine and disc injuries come from traumas that typically involve a form of spinal compression. The pressures created from compression injuries can bulge or herniate the discs pressing them against the nerves. Auto whiplash can create multiple compression injuries throughout the spine.
With a 5000 year track record, acupuncture is safe and effective for multiple conditions of pain and dysfunction. Dr. Bass has been involved with acupuncture since 1994. He is also past faculty at "The New Center College of Holistic Health, Education and Research" (now known as the New York College of Health Professionals).
Shortwave diathermy emits an electromagnetic wave that produces a deep, inner tissue heat. It brings soothing relief to many patients who suffer with back or neck pain, spasm, bursitis, arthritis, musculoskeletal conditions and disc injuries. Diathermy also acts as a sedative to irritated nerves. This induces relaxation of the tissues.

My testimony is through the grace of God to be blessed with Dr. Bass treatment, especially how Dr. Bass and his wonderful and amazing staff have treated me due to an accident that left me with difficulty walking or lifting. My prior doctors did not help me and wanted to do surgery to replace disks in my neck. I was in excruciating pain almost everyday even after shots and nerve blocks and then the prior doctors gave up on me. I visited Dr. Bass throughout both my pregnancies and had such a positive and relaxing experience. He was so gentle and kind and his staff was so professional and easy going. The office is very clean and well maintained. I have continued to see him even after I had my daughters to help with those every day pains of bending and holding them and I feel great!
