OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I have used them several times before for packaging and shipping and have never been disappointed. Packages always arrive on time and the contents intact.
I put them to the test this week. Shipping 6 jars of homage spaghetti sauce from their location in DuBois, PA to my son in Kansas City, MO.
RESULTS: Package arrived in 3 days with every jar intact and not an ounce of sauce wasted.

Keith and Mike were incredible in their efforts to recover a package that contained my wife's Movado watch - a 3rd wedding anniversary gift. They had shipped it via UPS who lost the watch. And through their diligent efforts, the watch was found and returned to them after 6 weeks of dedicated effort and concern. They then shipped it via FedEx Ground with insurance at their own expense to make sure that we received the watch.
