Prepaid cash for stickers to be done on my husbands box trailer. They called and scheduled to have them put on thursday 2/13/2020, then they call and moved it to friday 2/14/2020. Drop trailer off at 730 friday and was told it would take about 6 hours. At 2:30 had not heard anything so he calls and is then told the vinyl had not arrived and come to find out it was not even ordered. So he lost an entire days work, under the assumption his stickers were ready and being put on, all the while they hadnt even gotten the vinyl. He asked for a refund to which they then wanted social and/or tax id to refund
