Founded in 1945 by William L. Roenigk Sr., the company is now in its 75th year and is operated by three generations of family members. It is not a secret that hard work, superior service to our Districts, and respect for our employees are the reasons for our longevity. While some may think that bigger is better, we believe that providing a safe, personalized operation to the best of our abilities is far more important.
Being the biggest is an honor, but being the best is what we do every day. Over the years, we have expanded from our main location in Sarver, PA to ten locations throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area. We are focused in the counties of Butler, Allegheny, Armstrong and Westmoreland and serve 25 Districts within that area.

Our highly qualified applicants undergo a thorough hiring process that includes an in-person interview, various background checks (motor vehicle record, PA State Police criminal history, PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprint history), pre-employment drug test, and contacting references. It may seem like a bit to go through, but it's to ensure that we hire the best out there!

The event is the Sunday evening entertainment at the Big Butler Fair in Prospect, PA. Close to a dozen old, retired school buses smashed and crashed into each other until only one victor remained. A few of the Roenigk grandchildren were behind the wheels for. Gates open at 5 pm, and racing starts at 6 pm.

It would be just wonderful if these drivers would abide by traffic laws.... I understand that you need space to make a wide right turn but that doesn't mean that a mile before you need to make the right you have authority to turn a two lane road into a one lane road...I'm talking to you bus 1149...news flash...the Glenwood Bridge and Second Avenue in Hazelwood is two lanes...did you notice the road markings on the bridge...or the fact that there were two clear lanes of traffic in front of you..ohhh or maybe the two traffic lights..you know...one for each lane!!! If you can't handle driving a large

This bus company was hired to drive kids to Beattie and back to our sending school.
We've had 7+ bus drivers in the past year, all of them have either quit or have been fired.
Our current bus driver of the week verbally threatened us today because we apparently gave him the wrong directions, which we didn't.
I called to complain the other day, my mom called, and both Beattie and my sending school called to complain; the person on the phone hung up on all of us.
Not impressed.
