He stole my money Cancel my insurance gave the money to another party and then won’t return any calls I was without insurance for four months and was never notified until the mortgage company told me that I didn’t have insurance and was finding me $300 on top of the fact that I had to buy new insurance working with this place cost me over thousand dollars I wouldn’t trust him any further than I can throw him. I’ve called three times spoke to a person once and left two messages no one will call back

After 11 years of having insurance on homes and multiple cars they are canceling our policies because my teenage son had two minor accidents in 2017 and 2019. Also because we used roadside assistance for a lock out and a flat tire. Isn't that why we carried full coverage all these years on 3 vehicles and two homes. Not to mention life insurance too! Wow talk about a slap in my face for our loyalty. State Farm you duck. Shopping for new insurance!

My policy is incorrect, it has been for months and I have been overcharged. I asked for the agent to call me twice and never received a call back. I guess that's because I'm owed money. I called corporate who wasn't much help either. Thank GOd there's other companies. I am no longer with State Farm. They couldn't even tell me why I was charged a policy change or what my monthly rate should be - if they can't get that right what would it be like if I ever had a claim?

This highly incompetent agency has wasted the time of my associate and my office. We sought a bond for a Notary from this State Farm office and where given misinformation and an incomplete bond. The Sectary of State informed us of the mishandling of the bond and advise us of having to go back to this agency to get them to correct their mistakes.… They don’t own up to poor service they provide and have not apologias or compensated us for our time and resources spent getting them to correct their rotten lack of customer service. Don’t entrust them with your insurance or bond needs
