Our mission is to provide you with the finest quality care, to help eliminate or decrease your pain and discomfort, and allow you to return to a more active and productive lifestyle, more pain and symptom free. Pain Management and Physical Medicine are branches of medicine focusing on treating the causes of pain and improving the patient's quality of life.
Often times there are no single medicines or procedures that can achieve this alone. At Integrative Pain Management & Arizona Physical Medicine, we employ the knowledge and experience of a highly respected interdisciplinary team of physicians who bring a variety of perspectives in treating a patient's painful condition.

Went in for wrist pain. He cracked my neck and now my whole body is in so much pain I can barely function 3 days later.
Update: 7 months later it still has a major affect on my life. He said he was knowledgable about EDS and I'm later finding no one with EDS should ever see a chiropractor. I would be sued if anybody took my case.

Came at 2:45 for my 3:00 appointment as a NP figured there would be paperwork to complete prior to my appointment. I call the office and the doctor answers each time, no office staff etc. He says you’re early and the staff is out to lunch!” I wait until 3:05 and call he says staff isn’t there yet and I am about 5 minutes away. The only reason I came is because he’s the only one who takes my insurance and now I see why. This place gave me the creeps & gut feeling said to leave, read reviews and was like I’ll still wait it out. Been here 25 min, doors locked, not one staff or doc in office

The first visit my son and I were there for over 2 hours and he barely did anything. He was negligent and unapologetic. I went in again today and same thing. He's in the room for one minute and out for ten. His communication is unclear and he looks like he just woke up. That says a lot to me about his work ethic. Customer service 👎. Besides that, he's not in tune with the patients body. His movements to my head were jarring, and both my son and myself are in pain today. I wouldn't even see him if he was free.
