Kirk and Lauren are a great husband and wife team. Obviously ,2021 was not the best time to buy a house, but not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the Boulder/Denver area, they were also extremely patient with me. Lauren was great at knowing what neighborhoods would fit my situation best and thorough when walking through home showings. Kirk was extremely helpful when submitting offers. Even in this tough market, he was honest and recommended fair offers to submit. I highly recommend this duo to anyone out there looking to sell or buy a home.

Kirk helped us buy our new home and and sell our previous home. The transactions were a very fast-turn around (we put in an offer to buy a house on Friday, and had that negotiated and finalized by Sunday; in addition, he helped us sell our house off market by that Sunday as well). He worked very fast and efficiently, talking through all the options we had on both transactions, and diligently walked us through the paperwork involved. He understands the incentives of each side, and how to come to a fair agreement. He also walked us through the financing process, and helped answer questions quickly

First off, I'm not given to writing many glowing reviews. I have pretty high expectations when dealing with businesses/services that often aren't met. Kirk and Lauren are a notable exception.
When starting our new house search we contracted with them because they were casual friends that lived down the street. We thought about going with a "big name" agent but we had a good feeling about how they would perform...and in this case our instincts were spot on.

We called Kirk from a friend’s recommendation to help us put an offer in on some land we were interested in. Kirk worked with us in figuring out the steps that would be involved and putting in the best offer to give ourselves time to evaluate if that property was the right decision. Through the time that we had an offer in he helped us tour other houses around the area to see if we liked any and preferred any specific towns.

Lauren and Kirk were wonderful during the entire process. I would highly recommend Boulder County Realty! We were first time home buyers and Kirk was awesome to work with. Kirk is not only timely on his responses but is also extremely organized which made the process go very smoothly. Kirk is also very well educated not only in realty information but he also has many skills from his previous contractor days in which he was able to provide a lot of input for us from counter tops to home structure. Words don't describe how amazing Lauren and Kirk are to work with. I was looking at buying a home here in Colorado from out of state. I scheduled weekends to be in town and each time Lauren and Kirk had homes lined up to show me based on likes and dislikes from previous visits. When I finally picked a new construction home it was difficult not to be in state during the process. Lauren and Kirk went above and beyond by working with the builders, taking pictures and videos and lots of process phone calls. They truly made this process seamless and stress free.
