I don't know what idiot you hired to drive your equipment this morning at 70th & Pine Lake, but he needs a lesson in decision making. The speed limit is 50 mph coming from Hwy 2; and when the light is green that means that traffic is moving. He shouldn't be pulling out onto the road when traffic is MOVING-especially if he's driving equipment at 20 mph. You would have one hell of a lawsuit on your hands had I not been able to brake fast enough and not hit him. Please have your contractors take a training course in good decision making before you let them operate heavy equipment
