Family medicine is a specialty centered on forming lasting relationships between doctors and patients. Family physicians receive training in all major areas, such as internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, neurology, dermatology, and geriatrics. This training allows them to care for patients of all ages through all stages of life.
MVMC boasts a low nurse to patient ratio. All of our Registered Nurses are Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified, as well as being Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certified. If you need to enter the hospital after 5 pm, please do so through the Emergency Care Center entrance located on the north side of the hospital.
Our Emergency Department is open 24/7 with a dedicated team of providers, nurses and staff specially trained in emergency medicine to provide you with the highest quality, immediate care for everything from minor to life-threatening emergencies. MVMC can provide advanced trauma life support (ATLS), if needed, before transferring the patient to a higher-level trauma center.
At MVMC Imaging Services Department, we have high-quality equipment. This level of technology gives our physicians the ability to make accurate diagnoses based upon the imaging available. Our hand-picked team of Imaging Technologists boasts over 60 years of collective radiology experience. This experience, coupled with quality equipment, creates an environment of consistency and quality not usually found in a small Imaging department.

The staff was wonderful! However, I got really sick for about a week last July. It was miserable. I don’t get sick often, so it was really weird. When I went in and told them I had been taking advil to cope with the pain, the doctor failed to tell me that the advil was making my stomach bleeding worse. They took some blood even though I was already almost passing out from exhaustion, and I agreed because I just wanted to know what was wrong. They didn’t really have an answer or solution for what I was dealing with and learned nothing from the blood test, but lo and behold, I have a $300 bill

I love the staff all except RD Marks whom is the old man on the first photo here. He is terribly bias and very unprofessional, any time I have been there, his umbrella term for any ailment is “it must be a virus.. doesn’t look for answers (is this laziness or just incompetence?) then asks the kids how their Dad is doing, closed the door and even asked me for his personal phone number”.. their Dad is 50 years younger than Dr. Marks... this was so sickening to me.. It's well established in the community that he has some questionable “extra curricular activities on the side”. MVMC ~ PLEASE

While visiting the Ennis area (May 17) from out-of-state, I had to find a clinic to treat a nasty ear infection. From the gracious woman at reception who walked me to their clinic area, to the woman who quickly took my information, to the nurse who noted my symptoms and the P/A who saw me, the experience was excellent. The P/A was friendly and very attentive, and took the time to understand my issue - no rushing me along. I would not hesitate to return to this facility for future care. Truly a 5 star experience.

What a gem. A great medical facility about an hour outside Bozeman. Clinicians are extremely competent and professional, providing excellent care and great service to the community. Beautiful and current facilities with lots of specialty care available, including imaging, outpatient, inpatient, and emergency medical services available.
